Getting Sleepy...

One great thing about working out is that it promotes great sleep. I tend toward insomnia myself, but after a great workout this afternoon, I can honestly say I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open.

I did shoulders and back today. Lat pull downs, rows, shrugs and shoulder flyes, mostly. I did throw in a little triceps and biceps work as well.

I feel good! But I'm getting sleepy...
