Caveat

Let me add a point or two to my last post. If you don't workout already, DON'T TRY THESE EXERCISES. Get a doctor's okey-dokey before you try any new workout program.

The other thing is that I actually took ballet lessons, so my joints and muscles are already trained to accommodate these movements. If you try anything that's uncomfortable or just doesn't feel right, DON'T DO IT.
